81/365: Graceland
The "other" signature building at D&E, Graceland, which predates Elvis by several decades. This building, the former home of Henry G. Davis, was in even worse shape than Halliehurst; a
boarded up, hulking wreck when I was in school, now fully restored and operated by the college as a country inn and restaurant. We had dinner here Friday night. My wife had the salmon, I the scallops. Fantastic!

80/365: Halliehurst
Halliehurst is the former home of Stephen B. Elkins, and one of the signature buildings at D&E. The place was in sorry shape when I was in college during the 80's, used mostly for storage, but has been spectacularly restored.

72/365: Button Fungus
Only edible I spotted in the woods was this dryad's saddle just starting to emerge. I like this mushroom, but it was only the size of a nickle, so I left it alone.

I took nearly 50 pictures at Opening Day, this one is my favorite. Bucs win 11-5!! I can't remember the last time I saw three Pirate homers in the same game.

64/365: What a Pear!
Had some tasty pears over the winter, and decided to try and coax the seeds into my very own pear tree. Here's the seedling! Now, I need to nurture it into a twigling, then a sapling, and so on and so on....
