Just Another Day in Trumpworld
Under campaign finance law, campaign committees must publicly disclose the names of firms and people they are paying. These firms are not required to disclose payments they make to others as long as they are not simply acting as a conduit for payments to avoid public disclosure.

Is Everyone In Harrisburg Corrupt??
"It was up to me to see that taxpayer funds were spent only for the betterment of the people of Pennsylvania, and not for my political benefit or that of my party. You had a right to expect better from me, and I am sorry that I let you down."
In other words, "I'm sorry that I got caught. Now what can I do to lessen my prison time?"
