UPDATE: That bastard Spork beat me to the headline! All day, while I was tied up in court downtown, I was thinking "Snowpocolypse II, Electric Boogaloo," that's the ticket! So I get home, post, and start checking my favorite blogs. And there it is, on Spork's site, posted HOURS before mine. Guess I owe him a beverage of his choice.
