Carrot Talk
We're supposed to get snow tomorrow, so I went to the garden to pull the last of the root crops (yeah, I know I can hold them in the ground with a good mulch cover) and harvested two pounds of carrots.
Since I'm using raised beds and have only about six inches of soil to work with, I grew globe and half-length varities.
Now, where's my canner?
